April started waving and saying "hi" a few weeks ago, but this past weekend she also started saying "dada." She babbles all the time and cries infrequently - only when she's hungry. A couple weeks ago, she also begun "standing" in place. We position her at the edge of her crib or playpen and she'll continue standing for long periods (5 minutes plus).
Nicholas continues to memorize jokes and likes to tell them wherever we go. He knows dozens of jokes and has tied it all together for about a ten minute act, which I never get tired of hearing. His timing and delivery have really improved and I rarely hear him make a mistake or miss a beat on one of his jokes.
We spent last week on "vacation" making several day-trips to places like Great Wolf Lodge in the Poconos, the Bronx Zoo, and the Liberty Science Center in NJ. Nicholas decided to go with a mohawk and for the week away from work, I did the same. The photos are online if you don't believe me.
