April has four upper teeth breaking through, and you can see their shapes and a little white poking through. She's been a little moody, but not as bad as we'd expect. She had a checkup and got some shots last week. She weighs 19 pounds. She is still saying "hi," "dada," "Pip" (our cat's name), and what sounds like "Nicholas" - but no "mama" yet (much to Jen's dismay).
April has started crawling, and is still "standing" in place when we lift her and let her hold onto things. She has not yet stood up on her own, but she is definitely trying.
Nicholas is still amazing everyone with his jokes, his personality, and his "presence." Everywhere we go people continue to be drawn to him and it's really amazing to see. He's compiled about 12 minutes of material (jokes) and when he's in the mood to tell them, you're in for a few laughs. Recently, he's added some "doctor doctor" jokes and I get to be his straight man for some of them.
Nick starts pre-k in less than 2 weeks and we're all excited about that. More as it develops...
